Direct Primary Care is a membership-based healthcare model where patients pay a flat monthly fee directly to their physician-without insurance interference.

Skintima MD does not bill, accept, or participate in insurance plans.

Our practice operates under a Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership model, in which patients pay a flat monthly fee directly to the practice for defined primary care services. This membership is not health insurance and does not replace insurance coverage.

We strongly encourage patients to maintain separate health insurance or other coverage for services outside the scope of the DPC membership, including but not limited to-hospitalizations, emergency care, specialty consultations, advanced imaging, and laboratory services.

By practicing outside the insurance system, Skintima MD is able to provide transparent pricing, enhanced access, and personalized physician care-while remaining compliant with Florida law and professional medical standards.

Concierge practices typically charge higher membership fees and continue to bill insurance. At Skintima MD, we do not bill insurance. Instead, we offer a thoughtfully priced monthly membership that keeps care accessible—without the burden, limitations, or delays that come with insurance-based medicine.

While the experience is elevated and highly personalized, the structure is intentionally simple and transparent. This allows us to spend more time with patients and focus fully on delivering physician-led care designed for women.
